Excellent service provided by Gareth , personally and his team of engineers and admin staff. The work involved ( although quite extensive) was only expected to take a few days but having resolved the original problem further issues were identified. Consequently, the expense that I had expected ( and hoped for) became much more considerable . However, via the extended warranty, a significant amount of the costs were offset and charged to the warranty provider. Nevertheless, this was only possible because Gareth with the benefit of his professional experience and knowledge was able to pursue the matter ( on my behalf) with much tenacity and expertise.

Finally, even when all the work was completed, there was still a technical issue that needed to be resolved. As it happens, this resulted in further delay in the car being made available to me and of course further labour amounting to several hours in total. However, when the car ready for pick up, it was much to my relief that no charge was levied for the labour costs incurred in resolving this issue.

Therefore, I can only commend , Gareth and his team for their professionalism , expertise and persistence in all aspects of the work they completed. Finally, I should also add that they have a wonderful attitude and level of courtesy in terms of the customer experience. They kept me updated on a frequent basis as to their progress with the repairs and the complications they encountered along the way. In doing so it meant that there were no unexpected issues or nasty surprises along the way .
