Brought my 3 series in after the i drive system started re-booting every 15 seconds. The additional issue i had was the existence of custom engine software, which would have been lost with a full update from BMW.

There was a bit of a wait to get it seen, but it was worth it.

After speaking with Gareth - Master technician and Director, he managed to fully update the car, which resolved my issue, then re-load the custom engine software back onto it. He identified my brake fluid also needed changing as part of the cars' service requirements (which i knew about and was on my list to sort) and he did that for me too.

Very quick turnaround and I was kept fully updated every step of the way.

Excellent service, great communication throughout.
They sorted out and rectified an issue with the Driver Assist function on my Seat. Thanks to Gareth for explaining the problem and what was needed to correct it. Thanks also to Jodie for updating me by phone.
Great service and am happy to recommend.

I can't recommend Europerformance highly enough, they are super efficient. Very pleased with the work they carried out in their spotless environment. The customer service was excellent and kept me well informed. Very professional, do not hesitate to use them. Thank you again for a first class experience.🙂
