20 years of experience in commercial sales & account management.

Marie joined the family business in 2014 and originally worked in reception assisting customers. Since starting a family she now assists with the financial administration side of the business behind the scenes.

13 years of motor trade experience in customer service. Jodie Joined the business in 2017. Jodie works in front of house, assisting customers with appointments, estimates, technical advice and updating them on progress when their vehicles are in the workshop.

13 years of independent experience in light vehicle maintenance & repair. Shaun joined the business in 2018 and carries out all manner of jobs from MOTs, and servicing, to larger jobs such as cambelt changes and clutches.

Ethan joined the business in 2018 to undertake his apprenticeship. Following successful completion of his apprenticeship, Ethan won the title of ‘Light Vehicle Apprentice of the Year 2021’ in his college awards competition. Furthermore, he went on to win the IMI National Apprentice of the Year award in 2022, a fantastic testimony to his academic and practical development within his career path. He then went on to complete 18 months of IMI Diagnostic Technician training and assessment, progressing his career and pursuit of knowledge and self-development throughout.

• Ethan had completed his NVQ L2 at college full-time before joining us in 2018 to complete his NVQ L3 Apprenticeship

19 years experience – multi-branded in light vehicle maintenance and repair.

Dale joined the business in early 2021 and carries out all manner of tasks within the workshop. Dale is a senior technician experienced in complex tasks such as major engine strip and build, DSG transmission repairs, and complex fault diagnosis.

• Air conditioning specialist (F Gas R134a & R1234YF)

Responsible for end-of-line vehicle preparation before vehicle return to the customer. Howard brings over 18 years of experience with him in vehicle cleaning and preparation and has worked for prestigious brands such as Volvo, Porsche and Ferrari.

Assists a few days a week with the administrative side of the business

Cian joined the business in early 2022 to undertake his apprenticeship.

Qualifications:

• AffIMI (Affiliate of the Institute of the Motor Industry)
• Level 2 qualified vehicle technician
• Working towards his level 3 qualification.

Kieran joined the business in the summer of 2023 to undertake his apprenticeship.

Qualifications:

• AffIMI (Affiliate of the Institute of the Motor Industry).
• Level 1 qualified.
• Now working towards his Level 2 qualification.

Responsible for end-of-line vehicle preparation before vehicle return to the customer. Mike worked at a large fleet/hire firm for over 10 years. Mike is highly experienced in vehicle preparation and assists with collecting and delivering vehicles as and when required.
