This was the first time I had used Euro Performance as I live 150 miles away. However having researched them, confirmed they were a Member of the RMI and now having used them it was definitely worth the journey and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Despite being 12 years old, its important to us that our campervan is in tip top mechanical condition when we are travelling abroad. Having been an auto and truck mechanic as well as a VOSA examiner myself for many years and having inspected the repair, I can confirm the repair was carried out fully as described, all parts claimed changed have been and nothing was refitted badly or incorrectly. Reception was also a pleasure to deal with, no patronizing and also writing down all my symptom comments as experienced rather than just a few notes or putting their own spin on things. Great teamwork.
